Thank you for a working mind'

To knock, to seek, and then to find,

Alert and curious, with cautious fear,

to probe for greater wisdom here,

Compare and match, deduce a law,

The trace of intelligence here before,

To debate along with fellow man

Our theories of the original plan,

Thanks for being truly meek

Sharing thought in hide and seek,

Thanks for giving us a need,

To tend the growth of precious seed.
